Aim & process

⚡️ Aim: This event is all about connecting with the vibrant energy of the younger generation. 

👯‍♀️ Target group: This event in particular targets primarily citizens, candidates and experts between 16 and 35 years, to facilitate equality and emancipation. 

🙏 Collaboration: members of the policy team, candidates for the upcoming 2024 elections in Belgium, and external experts. 

KPIs: 1) Attracting new members, 2) engaging existing members, 3) engaging potential voters, and 4) creating more awareness on the importance of Europe and the European Union.

💰 Participation fees: free!

The events line-up:

  • Friday, February 14 🏘️ Affordable housing: Should there be a tram in Belgian cities like Mechelen and Namur? Are we taking a step towards a climate-neutral society while at the same time strengthening its social backbone?
  • Thursday, March 13 🚞 Public transport: 
  • Sunday, March 30 🚨 Future Generation: 
  • Saturdy, May 3 ♻️ Purple Wave: Participants were able to vote on the spot on which policy topics they would discuss. In the end, the following topics came up: mobility, economy and a European army.
